School immunizations

What Monmouth County School Districts Require

The start of a new school year means it is time for those back to school physicals and immunizations. While there are state regulations regarding immunizations, the different counties within the state may add to these requirements. Whether your child needs a new immunization, or a second dose of a previous one, it is important to keep these immunizations up to date.

Disclaimer: The Monmouth County Regional Health Commission provides the immunization schedule document. Immunization schedules listed in this document are recommendations. Always consult with a doctor or pediatrician on these recommendations. Individual school district’s immunization requirements may vary.
